It boasts a three-course meal by Chef David Cordua that combines delicious cuisine with an elegant ambiance. With our Love Bugs and Love Bites, we’re taking entomophagy mainstream.
Love Bugs and Love Bites is for everyone,e from the conventional flower-and-dinner kind of couple and the girl’s night out group to those who prefer something more adventurous and off the beaten path. We’ve got something to suit your taste. Feel good about partaking in one of the most sustainable proteins on the planet—crickets. Enjoy this fine dining experience that is sure to excite the palate of adventurous foodies and wine lovers. Each course will feature cricket and non-cricket options, so you can decide how adventurous you want to be. The menu will include Corn and Cricket Arepa, Pan Seared Chicken and Cricket Mole, Tres Leches with Chocolate Covered Strawberry, Cricket & Cayenne Chocolate Truffle, and Churros with Dulce de Leche.
Love Bugs and Love Bites will be held at the Health Museum on Friday, February 14th. Cocktail hour will begin at 6 PM and dinner will follow promptly at 7 PM. Dinner is $59 per person and $75 with wine pairings, which can be purchased online at www.thehealthmuseum.org. Valet parking is included.
